WeP Peripherals strengthens its management team

Bangalore, May 3 (UNI) WeP Peripherals, a leading IT peripherals products, solutions and services enterprise, today announced the appointment of three senior leaders to strengthen its management team.

A company release here said Mr Arvind Tiwari had been appointed Chief Operating Officer, Mr Ashutosh Chadha Chief Financial Officer and Mr Maclean S Raphael Vice-President (Human Resources).

Mr Tiwari would be responsible for WeP products, would drive strategy and vision and ensure operational excellence across all functional areas. Prior to joining WeP, he had worked in JCB India, GE, Gillette, Cadila and Bajaj Auto, the release said.

Mr Chadha would monitor financial performance and lead the Finance and Accounts team across the country. He had over 14 years of experience in companies such as Ariba India, GE Capital, Ralston Purina and SRF Limited, the release said.

Mr Raphael would be responsible for ensuring that WeP became an aspirational employer by effective engagement of all employees.

Prior to this appointment, he had worked with Tata's, Bharti Televentures, HSBC and Air Deccan, the release added.
