'Udaan 2006' campaign in Rajasthan villages

Jaipur, May 3 (UNI): Rajasthan will soon witness a unique campaign 'Udaan 2006' aimed to create awareness about water, education and health.

The mobile campaign organised by UNICEF and Pink City Cycle Rickshaw Pullers Union will travel through Jaipur, Tonk and Dholpur districts. The campaign consisting of separate, informative tableux on water, education and the importance of iodine in food will pass through 93 villages and will also hold street corner plays and film shows to educate the villagers. A dozen rickshaw pullers travelling with the mobile campaign will be the highlight of the roadshow. The campaign begins today.
