Three dead in road accident

Palakkad, May 3: Three people were killed and three injured when the jeep in carrying them collided with a van at Thachanpara in the district.

Two injured were hospitalised at Perinthalmanna and one here.

The deceased were identified as Kader Ali, jeep driver from Olavakkot, Benny from Vadakkunchery and Gopi from Kunnamkulam.

The jeep was proceeding to Attappady when the accident occurred.
