Mineral production in March at Rs 1,334 cr

New Delhi, May 3 (UNI) The total value of mineral production during March this year covering metalliferrous and industrial minerals, excluding fuel, miner and atomic minerals is estimated at Rs 1,334 crore as against Rs 1,159 crore for the corresponding month of the previous year.

The total value of these minerals in February 2006 was estimated at Rs 1,092 crore, said an official release issued here today.
