Barnala condoles Mahajan's death

Chennai,May 3 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Governor Surjit Singh Barnala today expressed grief over the demise of BJP leader Pramod Mahajan.

In a condolence message here, he said ''I am deeply shocked to hear about the demise of Mr Mahajan.'' He was a great Parliamentarian and a versatile personality who held key portfolios in the Union Cabinet. His death was an irreparable loss to the nation, he said.

''I convey my sincere condolence to the bereaved family members,'' he added.
