Altair to offer in-house MS programme for employees

Bangalore, May 3 (UNI) Altair Engineering, a global leader in product design consulting, engineering software and high performance computing technology, will conduct an in-house Master of Science (Engineering) programme for its employees.

The programme was recently inaugurated by distinguished scientist and former Gas Turbine Research Establishment Director Dr K Ramachandra at Altair premises, a company release here said today.

The Master's Programme, in association with M S Ramaiah School of Advanced Studies (MSRSAS) in the city, would be conducted five days a week between 0830 hrs and 1100 hrs.

MSRSAS professors would visit Altair for conducting classes. The programme was sponsored by Altair for its employess for informationa and knowledge enhancement which was an essential criteria in the competitive environment, the release said.

Offering customised postgraduate engineering programme at Altair's premises for its engineers was one of the best examples of Institution-Industry interaction. The School would strive to impart international quality educationa nd live up to the expectations of Altair delegates, the release said, quoting MSRSAS Director S R Shankapal.
