NTPC Ltd signs two PPA with HPGCL

New Delhi, Apr 29: National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Ltd today signed two Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Haryana Power Generation Corporation Ltd (HPGCL) for supply of power from its power stations at Unchahar-III and Kahalgaon-II.

The PPAs were signed by Mr R S Sharma, Director (Commercial) on behalf of NTPC and Mrs Jyoti Arora, Managing Director for HPGCL in the presence of senior officials of the two organisations here.

Earlier, NTPC had signed PPAs for four of its stations, Barh, North Karan Pura, Kahalgaon-II and Unchahar-III for supplying additional 1,481 MW to Delhi last week, an official release said.
