Educomp solutions turnover up by 67 per cent
Bangalore, Apr 29: Educomp Solutions, India's leading eLearning enabler has announced a profit of Rs.13.96 crore for fiscal 2006 up from Rs.6.25 crore earned the previous year.
Its FY06 net sales are up 67 pc at Rs 53.7 crore from Rs 32 crore the Company said in a release here today.
The Company earned a net profit of Rs 6.66 crore on a net sale of Rs 25.37 crore during the last quarter.
Company Managing Director commenting on the performance said that the Company had a successful year and was bullish abou the growth in the coming year. The company would foray into the Pre-School business within the next three months.
He said ''we are looking at enlarging our global reach and in line with that have recently piloted content modules in Thai language'', he added.
Educomp was the largest technology driven elearning solutions provider and specializes in creation, management and delivery of learning content. Established in 1994, with 27 offices in India, a fully owned subsidiary in the US and over 1000 employees the Company has partnerships with Wipro, Microsoft and Intel.
