Sudhakar Rao appointed Principal Secretary to K'taka CM

Bangalore, Apr 28 (UNI) Senior IAS official Sudhakar Rao has been appointed as the Principal Secretary to Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy.

Mr Rao, a 1973 batch officer, was replacing another senior bureaucrat S V Ranghanath, who was proceeding on central deputation to serve as Additional Secretary to the Finance Department and Advisor to the Department of Space.

Mr Ranganath had earlier served under former Chief Minister N Dharam Singh.
