Sterling Biotech Q1 net up 23 pc to Rs 30.23 crore

Mumbai, Apr 28 (UNI) Sterling Biotech Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 30.23 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 24.54 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2005, an increase of 23.18 per cent.

Announcing the results, the company said its total income has increased from Rs 110.65 crore in Q1 FY 2005 to Rs 134.69 crore for Q1 FY 2006.
