Nitish seeks blessings from Joshi

Patna, Apr 28 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar called on senior BJP Dr Murli Manohar Joshi, who is his major alliance partner, at Patna railway station today.

Both the leaders exchanged pleasantries as the Sampoorna Kranti Express was about to leave the station.

In a goodwill gesture, Mr Kumar sought blessings from Mr Joshi.

Earlier, Mr Kumar was scheduled to call on Mr Joshi in the BJP office during the day.

The Chief Minister, who was in Madhubani, came back to the city late and drove straight to the railway station to meet the BJP leader.

Incidentally, before the assembly elections, the BJP had projected Mr Kumar as Chief Ministerial candidate of the NDA.
