Mirwaiz says PM's invite to Hurriyat a good decision

Srinagar, Apr 28 (UNI) Moderate Hurriyat Conference Chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq today termed as ''good and appropriate'' Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's decision to invited the separatist amalgam for the next round of talks in New Delhi on May 3.

Talking to UNI after receiving the invitation, the Mirwaiz said a joint session of the Executive Council, the highest decision-making body of the moderate Hurriyat Conference, the Working Committee and the General Council, would be held on Monday to name the delegation that would meet the Prime Minister on May 3.

The meeting would also discuss the issues that the Hurriyat Conference leaders would raise with the Prime Minister, he added.
