Kpit Cummins board to establish WOS in Poland

Mumbai, April 28 (UNI) The board of directors of Kpit Cummins Infosystems Limited in its meeting held on April 27, 2006 has decided to establish a wholly owned subsidiary in Poland.

Informing this, the company said its board has also approved to increase the authorised capital of the company, from Rs 12 crores to Rs 30 crores.

Further, it has decided to appoint Vijay Kelkar as an independent director of the company and also approved resignation of Anand Khandekar from the directorship of the company.

KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited is an international software solutions provider and a CMM Level 5 Company. The company provides end to end software solutions to manufacturing, semiconductor and automotive sector with core competencies in embedded systems and VLSI design services.
