IT raids on Jaipur jewellers

Jaipur, Apr 28 (UNI) Jewels worth Rs 2.40 crore and other illegal assets worth Rs 10 lakh were confiscated during income tax raids at the residences and business establishments of three well-known jeweller groups here today.

The IT department sources said raids were conducted in 15 different places of these jewellers and six of their lockers were also opened. The raids will continue till evening.
