IA to temporarily withdraw few services from May 1

Chennai, Apr 28 (UNI) The Indian Airlines(IA) would temporarily withdraw one of its flight services on Chennai-Delhi, Chennai-Mumbai routes and effected change in Chennai-Hyderabad sector from May 1 to 31 due to operational reasons.

A press release from IA office said the evening flight to Chennai-Delhi sector have been withdrawn from May 1 till May 31.

The Chennai-Mumbai evening flights have been withdrawn till May 31. Similarly, the flight leaving Mumbai at 1145 hrs and arriving Chennai at 1330 hrs will not operate till May 31. However, flight IC-969 to Mumbai from here will be operated as per schedule.

Flight IC-672 will operate between Madurai and Chennai, leaving Madurai at 1320 hrs and arriving Chennai at 1415 hrs.

However, Mumbai-Chennai-Madurai IC-671 will operate as per schedule Chennai-Hyderabad flight IC-947 on Fridays will leave Chennai at 1415 hrs, instead of 1440 hrs and IC-948 will arrive here from Hyderabad at 1700 hrs. However, on other days, the two flights will operate as per schedule, the release added.
