Hester Pharmaceuticals' expansion programme on schedule

Mumbai, Apr 28 (UNI) Hester Pharmaceuticals Ltd today informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that its expansion programme whereby it will increase its capacity of poultry vaccines from 120-crore doses to 500-crore doses is progressing as per schedule.

In a communique to the BSE, the company also stated that its Board of Directors has, inter alia, recommended a dividend for FY 06 of Rs 1.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each (15 per cent), which however is subject to approval in its Annual General Meeting.
