GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Q1 net up 30.67 pc to Rs 34.46 crore

Mumbai, Apr 28 (UNI) GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 34.46 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 as compared to Rs 26.37 crore for same the quarter last fiscal, a rise of 30.67 per cent.

Announcing the results, the company said its total revenue (net of excise) has increased from Rs 228.99 crore in Q1 2005 to Rs 284.13 crore for Q1 2006.
