HC issues notices to centre, CBI in Scorpene

New Delhi, Apr 28: Delhi High Court today issued notices to the Centre and the CBI in the French submarine Scorpene deal .

A division bench headed by acting Chief Justice Vijendra Jain issued notices to the despondent asking them to file their replies by May 30, the next date of hearing.

Senior counsel Prashant Bhushan appearing for centre for public interest litigation had sought the direction of the court for a CBI probe into the deal.
