Chouhan confident about victory
Budhni, MP, Apr 28 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today claimed that he will emerge victorious in the Budhni assembly bypoll scheduled on May three.
Addressing a public meeting at Fagvada here, Mr Chouhan, who has set out on a 'padyatra', said his 'yatra' was for development and urged to people to teach a lesson to those, who were creating hurdles on its path.
Later, he addressed public meetings at Ramnagar, Bandrawan, Jahanpur, Shahganj, Baneta and Jawaharkheda.
The Chief Minister's 163-km long 'padyatra' will end tomorrow. He has traversed 146 km so far. He was welcomed at several places by people during his 'yatra'.
Mr Chouhan's main contest is with Congress' Rajkumar Patel.
However, GGP's Gulzar Singh Markam has made the contest interesting.
