Atlas Copco Board recommends bonus issue

Mumbai, Apr 28 (UNI) The Board of Directors of Atlas Copco India Ltd has recommended, subject to the approval of the shareholders, a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today.
