UDF need not worry about LDF CM: Achuthanandan

Palakkad, Apr 27 (UNI) Leader of the Opposition in the Kerala Assembly and CPI(M) leader V S Achuthanandan today said the Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) need not worry about the Chief Minister candidate of the Left Democratic Front (LDF).

Talking to mediapersons at Peruvambu in the district, he said after the election the LDF would decide its Chief Minister at appropriate time.

Mr Achuthanandan said as the people had lost confidence in Chief Minister Oommen Chandy he should resign the post.

He claimed that the LDF was heading for a big victory in the elections.
