Two passengers of Air Deccan flight held for misbehaviour

Chennai, Apr 26 (UNI) Two passengers of the Chennai-Kolkata Air Deccan flight were held for misbehaving with an air hostess after the pilot brought the aircraft to the bay at Kamaraj Domestic Airport here tonight.

Airport sources told UNI that the police, who off-loaded the passengers after a thorough check of the aircraft for any dangerous materials, sent the two Kolkata-bound passengers, identified as Hango Singh (40) and Bijan Nedd (35), for medical examination.

The two passengers started creating trouble in an inebriated condition, refusing to put on the seat belts as the aircraft with 116 passengers onboard was getting ready for take off.

The two passengers even attempted to misbehave with the air hostess. The pilot was informed about the situation and he also failed in his attempt to persuade them.

The aircraft was brought to the bay after the pilot informed the Air Traffic Control(ATC) and police were summoned.
