Ten-year-old-girl raped and murder in Bengal

Balurghat, Apr 27 (UNI) Three people were arrested today allegedly involved gang rape and killing of a 10-year-old girl in West Bengal's south Dinajpur district last night.

Police said Krishna Mali, whose body was recoverd today, was murdered after being gang raped in the premises of an abandoned hospital's outdoor in Balurghat.

The girl was the student of class II of Gitanjali primary school.

Inspector-in-charge Dharmadas Banerjee said here today they were still looking some more persons involved in the crime.

The victim's father Nirmal Mali said that she went to play with her friend but did not return home. Some local people, who noticed the body this monring, immediately reported the matter to the police.
