Shareholders approve merger of Reliance units

Mumbai, Apr 27: Equity shareholders of both Reliance Energy Limited and Reliance Capital Limited, in their respective meetings, have unanimously approved the merger of the Reliance Energy Venture and Reliance Capital Venture with the respective companies.

According to notification issued by both companies, shareholders meetings were held on April 26 following the directive from the court.
