Raichur records highest temperature 41.5 degree celsius

Bangalore, Apr 27 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours here today.

Rainfall occurred at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka and dry weather prevailed over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka Maximum temperatures fell at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka. They were above normal at a few places over North Interior Karnataka and were normal over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Raichur recorded highest maximum temperature of 41.5 degree celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Saturday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka and mainly dry weather may prevail over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.
