Launches new facility in Kondapur

Hyderabad, Apr 27 (UNI) Zavata India Pvt Limited (''Zavata''), today announced the opening of its new state-of-the-art delivery center in Kondapur, near here.

Built on a private lot of approximately 58,000 sq ft area the facility has the capacity to house over 1,200 employees from which the company will deliver its end-to-end, technology enabled Business Process Outsourcing (''BPO'') services.

It has invested approximately USD 5m to date in the facility. It will hire around 100 associates for its voice based process which will take the total number of associates in the voice process to 300 by June end, the company said in a release here.
