K'taka govt employees get hike in DA

Bangalore, Apr 27 (UNI) The Karnataka Government has hiked the Dearness Allowance of its employees by three per cent with retrospective effect from January 2006.

According to official sources the DA had been increased to 74 per cent from the present 71 per cent and the arrears amount would be paid in cash.
