DTH project: Law will take its course, says Gupta

Bangalore, Apr 27 (UNI) Union Company Affairs Minister Premchand Gupta today said the law will take its own course if a private TV channel belonging to the family of Union Communication and IT Minister Dayanidhi Maran had committed any irregularities in obtaining licence for Direct-to-Home (DTH) project.

''The company had licence for DTH. If any irregularities law will take its own course,'' he said when reporters drew his attention to media reports that Mr Maran had been pressurising and even threatening Industrialist Ratan Tata to handover Tata DTH project to his family.
