Doordarshan to telecast EurAsia cricket series

Mumbai, Apr 27 (UNI) Media and entertainment company 'Creative Eye Limited' has finalised arrangement with Prasar Bharati to telecast EurAsia cricket series-06 on Doordarshan in association with Sahara One Media&Entertainment Ltd.

According to a release here today, all league matches starting from April 29 to May 5, the end of the series, will be aired live at 1600 hours on DD Sports. The matches will also be aired with 'analysis and highlights' on DD News every hour.

All matches 'edited version' will also be telecast next day on DD Samachar between 0930 to 1000 hours.

Chairman and Managing Director of Creative Eye Limited Dheeraj Kumar said the company's foray into sports has opened new avenues in terms of revenue generations and new horizons for its overall growth.

EurAsia cricket series is being held at Zayed International Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi, from April 22 to May 5.

India-A, Pakistan-A, Sri Lanka-A, Holland, Ireland and UAE are participating in the series.
