MroTek Board to meet on May 3

Bangalore, Apr 26 (UNI) The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of MRO-TEK, telecom access networking provider, will meet here on May three to consider the financial results for the last quarter of previous fiscal, besides the annual results.

The company said the meeting would also recommend dividend for approval of members at the AGM to be held on June 28.

MRO TEK had achieved a revenue of over Rs one billion in 2004. It currently had a staff strength of 140, of which 40 were engineers engaged in research and development activities. The company had raised Rs.23.80 crore through an IPO in 2000.
