Centre not serious towards country's security:Advani
Bareli, MP, Apr 26 (UNI) Former Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani today accused the Centre of not being serious towards the security of country.
Mr Advani told a public meeting at Bareli tehsil headquarters this evening that the Centre was sleeping like 'Kumbhakarna' over the nation's security and warned of severe consequences if it did not wake up soon.
Mr Advani, who is on his 'Bharat Suraksha Yatra', said the number of Bangladeshi infiltrators has gone up but the Centre was unaware about it.
He described Bangladeshi infiltration as a major security concern.
The BJP leader demanded that the National Advisory Council be disbanded. He added that election had been forced upon Rai Bareilly citizens due to former NAC Chairperson Sonia Gandhi.
