CAT on second spell of vacation from May 8

Bangalore, Apr 26 (UNI) The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Bangalore Bench, will remain closed for 19 days from May eight on account of second spell of vacation.

Ms K N K Karthiayani, member (A), would be the vacation judge from May eight to 17 and Mr G Shanthappa, member (J), from May 18 to 26, an official release here said today.

The vacation Bench would sit from 1030 hrs on all Wednesdays during the leave period to dispose of urgent matters and such other matters as the Bench may direct.

The filing counter in the Registry of the Tribunal would remain open from 1030 hrs to 1300 hrs during the vacation period and receive only urgent applications, the release added.
