Bellary SP selected for UN-sponsored training in Italy

Bellary, Karnataka, Apr 26 (UNI) District Superintendent of Police Pankajkumar Thakur is among the 16 police officers selected from across the country to take part in a training camp organised in Italy.

The officers would undergo six weeks training in peace keeping during the six-week camp, organised by the United Nations Organisation from May two.

Mr Thakur was the only officer to be selected from the state.
