Ahamed welcomes Nepal developments

Kozhikode, Apr 26 (UNI) Minister of State of External Affairs E Ahamed today welcomed the developments in Nepal as a victory for the people, who displayed extraordinary courage in restoring democracy in that country.

''As a close neighbour and friend of Nepal India has all along stood by people of Nepal in their unrelenting struggle for restoration of democratic rights in the Himalayan country,'' he told reporters here.
