Vice President admitted to AIIMS

New Delhi, Apr 25 (UNI) Vice President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat was admitted in All India Institute of Medical Sciences this morning for regular checkup.

An endoscopic urethral dilatation was successfully carried out on him by Professor of Urology Ashok Hemal, an official statement said.

AIIMS Director Venu Gopal and Mr Shekhawat's son-in-law and Rajasthan Minister of Industries N S Rajvi were present with the Vice President.

He is likely to remain in hospital for two days.
