Tinsel world closed for two-days
Bangalore: A shell-shocked Kannada fIlm industry stopped all activities following the death of Rajkumar.
Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce and Karnataka Film Producers Association decided to stop all film related activities --shooting, recording and dubbing etc-- on Wednesday and Thursday as a mark of respect to the thespian.
Chamber president H D Gangaraju told all shooting had been cancelled and artists and productions units which were out of Bangalore were returning to the city.
'Gandbinagar, nerve centre of the tinsel world' wore a deserted look. Most of the film production offices and theatres downed their shutters and garlanded Rajkumar's photo to pay their tributes.
