Silver, gold rates crash on weak global advice

Mumbai, Apr 25: Prices of spot silver and gold crashed again today in the closing session on weak global advice, traders at the bullion market here said.

Following are the closing rates of spot silver and gold: Silver (per kg) .999 fineness grade: Rs 20,045 (21,180), Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 9,215 (9,300), Gold 99.9 purity pure gold : Rs 9,265 (9,350).
