Seven killed in extremist attack
Aurangabad, Apr 24 (UNI) Seven people including a candidate for the post of district board chairman in the coming Panchayt election, were shot dead by extremists of CPI (Maoist) at Debjara village under Madanpur police station area in the district today.
Police here said the incident took place when Ashok Kumar Singh, was returning to Aat village with his supporters in two vehicles.
They said ultras also tourched vehicles besides gunning down seven people, including Mr Singh.
An intensive search operation was on to nab the extremists, police said.
