RBI rupee reference rate 23 paise up at 44.83 per USD

Mumbai, Apr 25 (UNI) Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today fixed the reference rate for rupee at 44.83 per US dollar, 23 paise up from the previous rate of 45.06, an official spokesperson here said.
