PVR Ltd announces 10 per cent interim dividend on equity shares

New Delhi, Apr 25 (UNI) The Board of PVR Ltd has approved an interim dividend of 10 per cent on the equity share capital for 2005-06.

The record date has been declared as May 10, 2006.

''The company has been making profit since its inception and this was the appropriate time to reward the shareholders for the faith they have reposed in the company, especially the new shareholders of the company, post the IPO,'' PVR Ltd Chairman and Managing Director Ajay Bijli said.

Entertainment major, PVR, has 62 screens operational across the country and expects to open many others during the current financial year.
