Nipuna Services appoints new COO

Hyderabad, Apr 25: Nipuna Services Ltd, Satyam's BPO Subsidiary and World's First eSCM Capability Level 4 Service Provider today announced the appointment of Deepak Mangla as the Chief Operating Officer(COO).

Till recently he was the Global Delivery Head.

In his new role, Mr Mangla, would be the thought leader and the facilitator of strategy and delivery at Nipuna. His role encompasses Service Delivery, Business Strategy, Operations Planning, Market Intelligence, BCP and Risk Management.

He will also facilitate identifying and growing new and niche competencies, a company release here said.
