NCDEX records trade worth Rs 4,005 cr

Mumbai, Apr 25 (UNI) As many as 561 members of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in trading worth Rs 4,005 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 90,880 trades put through by them. Active trades were in guarseeds, chana, silver, gold, wheat and urad, a NCDEX release said.

Yesterday, about 504 members had participated in trading and put through more than 1,15,950 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2330 hrs was Rs 5,658 crore (one way).

Active trades were in guarseed, silver, gold, wheat, chilli, and chana, the release added.
