Indian jr team to be picked during Khaitan tourney

Chennai, Apr 25 (UNI)The Smt Krishna Khaitan Memorial All India Junior Badminton Tournament to be held here from June 13 to 16, would be the basis of selection of the Indian junior team for the Asian championships.

The Asian championships will be held in Kuala Lumpur from July 3 to 9.

A press release from organising secretary Sanjiv Sachdeva said, the tournament will be held for boys and girls in the under 19, under 16 and under 13, in singles and doubles.
