Criminal lynched in Siwan

Siwan, Apr 25 (UNI) An irate mob lynched a criminal at Makhdum Sarai locality under Town police station here today.

Police said three armed miscreants allegedly barged into a grocery shop and looted cash by opening fire at the owner Mangal Shah.

Mr Shah was injured in the incident and was later admitted to a local hospital.

Local people gathered at the spot and caught hold of one of the criminals while two others managed to escape. Later, the mob beat the criminal to death.

Raids were on to nab other criminals.
