Bellary records highest max temp of 41.3 deg cel

Bangalore, Apr 25 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hrs here today.

Rainfall occurred at isolated places over Coastal and North Interior Karnataka and dry weather prevailed over South Interior Karnataka.

Maximum temperatures rose at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka. They were above normal at many places being appreciably so a few places over South Interior Karnataka and were normal over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.

Bellary recorded highest maximum temperature of 41.3 degrees celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Thursday morning: Mainly dry weather may prevail over the state.

Forecast for Farmers: Mainly dry weather may prevail over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka, North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka.

Forecast for Bangalore: Partly cloudy.
