GHCL board recommends dividend

Mumbai, Apr 21 (UNI) The board of directors of GHCL at its meeting held today, has recommended a dividend at 24 per cent or Rs 2.40 per equity share on its equity shares for the financial year ended on December 31 (nine-months).

The company informed the BSE that this is, however, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting of the company.
