Twelve people of marriage party killed in mishap in Asom

Guwahati, Apr 20 (UNI) At least twelve members of a marriage party were killed in a road mishap when a bus in which they were travelling skidded off the road and fell into a pond late last night in Asom' Sarupeta area, about 130 kms from here, official report reaching here said today.

The accident occurred when the bus skidded off the road after rash driving and fell into a roadside pond.

So far three bodies had been recovered.

Unofficial figure put the death toll at 15.
