Talisma starts 2006 with strong customer growth
Bangalore, Apr 20: Leading customer interaction management and customer relationship management solution provider Talisma Corporation today said it had attained 68 new customers and strong quarterly bookings growth in the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2006.
Among the companies to join Talisma's rapidly growing and impressive customer list were OptiMix fund (ING Vyasya mutual fund), JM Mutual Fund, Eli Lily Corporation, Toyota Motor Europe, Xerox Corporation, Plaxo, Kansas State University, Global Investment Services, Defence Communication Services, Seventy mm and Get Friday, a company release here said.
In the first quarter, Talisma expanded its value-added product offerings by leveraging innovative technologies from IBM Corporation for enhanced search, access and retrieval of contact centre information. Talisma also extended its global reach by signing agreements with new channel partners in Australia, Belgium, China, France, Israel, Germany and the United Kingdom.
Talisma also announced the availability of Talisma KnowledgeBase in India which was a giant leap forward for Web self-service and customer support software by Talisma. The 2006 Talisma KnowledgeBase launch, held in March, garnered good attendance and featured interactive sessions on 'Gaining competitive advantage through knowledge management.''
