Sonia on campaign trails in Bengal

Kolkata, Apr 20 (UNI) Congress president Sonia Gandhi today arrived here on a special flight to campaign for party candidates for second and third phase of polling on April 22 and 27 in West Bengal.

Soon after landing Ms Gandhi left on a Indian Air Force helicopter for Baduria in North 24 Parganas. Thereafter she would return to address a rally at Garden Reach in the city and Maheshtala in South 24 Parganas.

In the airport she was received by senior party leaders.

She will return to New Delhi this evening.
