Sona Koyo declares bonus and dividend

Mumbai, Apr 20 (UNI) Sona Koyo Steering Systems today announced bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1, that is one share for each held, and a dividend of 50 per cent for the fiscal 2005-06.

The proposals were approved by its board of directors which met today, the company informed the BSE.
